Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to lead our outbound marketing programs to establish Ottometric as a leader in the ADAS ecosystem, articulate our technology edge, and accelerate commercial traction. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will eventually build and manage a global marketing team. The position is based in Novi Sad, Serbia; can be remote for the right candidate.
If you have experience creating and executing on marketing initiatives in a highly concentrated B2B environment with a strong ABM (account-based marketing) foundation, this is the position for you. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Build and execute a marketing plan in alignment with company goals and targets
- Create and execute a lead generation and nurture plan working with sales leadership
- Establish and grow company brand as well as sub-brands focused on products and technologies
- Publish industry-leading content (videos, whitepapers, blogs) collaborating with subject matter experts, internal and external
- Establish and execute PR strategy; hire and manage external PR resources as necessary
- Revamp and nourish primary outbound channels – website and LinkedIn
- Establish events and tradeshows calendar and lead company’s presence and execution
- Manage company’s marketing assets – branding, website, trademarks,
- 5+ years in a B2B marketing role required; automotive industry experience coveted
- Track record of establishing, executing, and measuring account-based marketing strategies
- Phenomenal communication skills
